Information about browsing and sending enquiries to All Service.

Updated: 2 November 2026

1. Controller and contact details

ALL SERVICE SRL, Italian VAT and tax number 01849170434. Registered office: Via dell’Artigianato 17, 62015 Monte San Giusto (MC), Italy. Operational premises: Via Martin Luther King 40, in the same town and postal area. For personal data enquiries, email info@allservicesrls.com with “Privacy” in the subject line.

2. Information collected and purposes

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, service of interest and project description. Company, telephone and project location are optional. We use this information to respond, assess your project and prepare a quotation where appropriate. You may also contact us by email and provide information or attachments of your choice. Please do not include special-category data, such as health information, that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Browsing transmits technical information to the server, including your IP address, requested resources and browser information. This supports the operation and security of the website.

3. Legal bases and providing information

Requests for quotations and steps taken before entering into a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where the person making the enquiry is a party to that contract. Business contacts acting on behalf of companies and website security rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Mandatory legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).

Providing data is optional, but we cannot process a form enquiry without its required fields. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing. This website does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

4. How the form works

Your information is transmitted to the website server and forwarded to All Service by email. The application does not create a database of enquiries in the website files. Correspondence remains in the company email system. The form uses a technical session, spam checks and submission-rate limits. Spam counters contain an identifier derived from the IP address and submission timestamps, not the message content.

The form confirmation means that the mail service has accepted the message. It is not a quotation, contract or read receipt.

5. Recipients and providers

Authorised All Service staff handle enquiries according to their responsibilities. Hosting and email services are provided through Aruba. Technical providers may process data to deliver and protect those services. Professional advisers or other recipients receive data only when needed for the enquiry or required by law.

Please contact us for information about the providers involved, processing locations and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area.

6. Retention

Enquiry data and correspondence are retained for the time needed to manage the contact, negotiations and any contractual relationship, taking account of legal obligations and documented needs to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Backups and technical logs follow the operating rules of the hosting and email services.

The form’s session token is valid for one hour. Spam counters cover the previous hour; files inactive for more than two hours are removed during the next cleanup run by the form. You can request further information about retention of your correspondence and exercise the rights listed below.

7. Cookies and external links

The website code includes no analytics, advertising pixels, profiling cookies or embedded third-party maps or videos. Images, styles and scripts are hosted locally. Interacting with the form uses the technical session cookie ASCONTACT, restricted to the form’s submission and protection functions. It is a session cookie, unavailable to scripts and transmitted only over HTTPS.

Prior consent is not required for strictly necessary technical cookies. Links to IFADRA and other websites lead to separate services governed by their own privacy notices.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limits in GDPR Articles 15–22, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@allservicesrls.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. This website does not carry out profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
